Day22,23,24 in Wuhan

Well no big events at all so i'll just have to combine the 3days together as a post. As usual, we had our Env. technology lecture and tutorial with Mr. Chong. After the lecture, Mr chong showed us a movie which is "red cliff" during this span of 3days, he showed us both part one and two of the movie. The movie is a good one. Seriously, you have to catch it. It deplicts the cruelness of war and the reign of power in the olden days. The war for power to unify China as one big country. But it also shows that war is something that cannot be avoided as long as one bears the intentions to go for something they wanted, they will do anything just to achieve their goals. But frankly speaking, if a war were to break out, more innocents will be dragged into it as technology advances, more and more powerful inventions has been created for mass destructions. War horses are replaced with Tanks. Arrows with bullets and whats worst is launching stones are replaced with bombs, missiles. These new creations of warfare will leave more thousands of people dead and homeless leaving the nature to fend for itselfs.

Just to digress from the topic about war, it is agreed that all country's nowadays emphasise on the topic " Clean and green " and campaigns about it is always seen, posters stick everywhere on the streets. All has been done, but why does littering still continues? This is one poster i saw when i was travelling on the bus to "Shopping Mall" with the group.

This poster is telling people not to litter on the bus and the cleanliness of the bus depends on everyone.

So this strongly shows that its the mindset of people that has to be reset, washed directed to the correct mindset, only then will there be clean and green. But saying is easier than doing it. Every little counts.

On day 24, We did a presentation that we have long prepared about Food and Fruits of Singapore. Ended off with a song that well represent Singapore. It's called " Singapore town "
